1. Install a new Gas cooktop. The gas line is currently located near the cooktop, however it will need to be routed through the adjacent cupboard (underbench oven located below cooktop) to allow access to the shut off valve and regulator.
2. Install an externally vented flue for canopy rangehood. The rangehood is already installed on the wall (minus the flue). The range hood is located on an external wall, prefer the flue to be vertical (through the tiled roof). The rangehood is equipped with a 150mm duct which might require reducing to 90mm to allow passing through the roof plaster cutout.
