Install new guttering with sumps, down pipe and pipe under a deck.
i have had drawings done by an engineer as a guide. not sure on the budget as i haven't had a quote on this yet. as an indicator there are two gutters which need to be replaced with bigger ones, one is about 15 metres long, the other about 2m. both need sumps.
the down pipe is from roof to deck (one floor).
i would like advice on the pipe under the deck as there could be structural issues.
i have indicated building access as easy. the house is an attached terrace with rear access. not sure if that makes it moderate?
