1. Disconnect existing Bosch instantaneous hot water unit in rear courtyard, and install new Rinnai Infinity 26 instantaneous hot water with water temperature controller (supplied by householder). New power point has been installed. Remove existing hot water unit from site.
2. Repair ‘pin hole’ leak in 12mm copper hot water pipe in upstairs en-suite. No internal wall covering or tiles.
