Hi, I'm about to take on a lease of an old butcher's shop and will likely need to install a grease trap in order to convert the premises into a small bakery. There is a small separate room alongside the building that houses the coolroom compressor, so I'm preferring there to be an outside grease trap, but not entirely sure. I'd like a solid estimate please.
