Hi,
There are two works in this open.
First is regarding the drainage installation for storm water in the front roof. A downpipe is already there and is needed to connect to a closest downpipe's drainage.
Second is that there is a gas pipe in the backyard for bbq. But in case of leaking in some day, I want to prevent it from installing a valve at source.
