The provider came to give a quote. After giving a quote, he said there is $80 fee, and it is a standard fee. Before coming, he did NOT mentioned that there will be $80 fee for the quote. If we know that there is a $80 fee, I will definitely NOT ask him to quote. We have asked many providers, and we did NOT ask the provider to come if there is a fee. I have told to him that he did NOT mentioned the fee couple of times, but he insisted that he definitely mentioned it. What happened to the terms "Customer is always right?".
