1. Currently the Washing Machine Taps are located in the kitchen. I would like the washing machine taps (and facilities) to be moved to the garage. The garage and kitchen share a wall, so it will be about turning the pipes.
2. Plus I would like a laundry sink cabinet install alongside the washing machine
3. Plus there is a down pipe from ceiling to the drain in the garage where the washing machine would go that is a plastic sheet in a tube shape, that would need to be replaced.
4. A new kitchen sink installed. Currently there is just a one sink basin, which we want to replace with a double sink. The double sink has already been purchased
5. And lastly the water heater needs to be checked as it takes about 5 mins for the hot water to come out. And it does not last
