Our sewers have become blocked by roots and water is draining very slowly. The sewer runs straight down the side of the house and can be easily accessed through two drains in side return. The... The drains have been cleared using a sewer machine twice in the last 8 years with good results. The last time the blockage was to the back of our courtyard where our drain connects with main drain. We also have a pipe from our dishwasher leaking into our cupboard a little and may need connections tightened or fixed - we unsure if it is the inlet our outlet pipe that is causing it but it would be good to fix at the same time. This job will need to be done on Wednesday before 1pm (06/06/2018).

This job is for you to conduct a CCTV examination of the sewerage pipe in the backyard to verify and identify location and nature of cracks and to propose a solution and a quote for a repair. We understand that the repair cannot be quoted without first doing a CCTV. Although we do have idea of the over price ballpark, we can only judge price offered for the CCTV and not the quote itself (because dependent on CCTV results), the selection of the right plumber will also Service Central referee reports re both quality and price reasonableness. So, in the first instance we only need a quote for the CCTV diagnosis and solution proposition. Our decision to proceed with further repairs will depend on the full-repair quote provided after the CCTV, and on other factors. I would like the CCTV diagnosis done on site in the week beginning 18 September 2017, as I'll be around at that time. The timing of any repair work potentially to follow is flexible and not time restricted, as there is no blockage currently, and the household is careful about what they put down the toilet. I called a 24hr plumber on the weekend to fix the unit and they said that the likely cause was that the rubber washer that controls the flush was split (he showed me the split washer) and needed to be replaced. He did not have a replacement washer. Whilst not 100% sure, I believe the toilet is made by GWA (which I understand may be connected with Caroma). The word "GWAIL" is written on part of the cistern unit. I need someone who can replace the washer and fix the toilet - someone that has worked with concealed cisterns before. Need someone that can do this first thing in the morning (i.e. 7:30 / 8am) any day this week.
