Hi, I have a 7.8kw thermo smart heat pump for my swim spa, and am unable to get someone to service it out here. It isnt heating properley at the moment. Even on heating mode, the water temp coming... Even on heating mode, the water temp coming into the pump is higher then the returning water temp. The manual is not very helpful, and I have no idea how to fix it. It is due for a service anyway. thanks

septic tank outflow has been ruined by tree roots. We are preparing for sale and need it fixed asap; not sure what it needs; maybe new pipes. Gas has been connected by Origin to front of house. We need plumbing to be connected to kitchen which is at back of house. large bore pipe as in future we will connect a gas heater.
