I am owner-building a house in Gundaroo NSW, 2620. I have an approved DA & CC and am ready to commence construction after selecting the contractors. I would like an initial quote for first fit... I am owner-building a house in Gundaroo NSW, 2620. I have an approved DA & CC and am ready to commence construction after selecting the contractors. I would like an initial quote for first fit & final Plumbing (inc downpipes, 40m connection to water tank, water pump installation, hot water reticulation circuit, & 60m plumbing to septic tank, & septic tank commisioning). This figure to include plumbers supplies (excl. PC items). I appreciate completing a quote will require some discussion - so please give an initial indication and we'll go from there to finalise a quote. I will require a written quote from the successful contractor. Please note the successful contractor will need to provide a reference of past work, proof of NSW license & insurances and sign the Dept of Fair Trading Home Building Contract. The plumber will also need to provide the plumbing certificate for the build.
