The toilet bowl was installed in the early 1980s and has cracked across the top of the back corner, nearest the wall. It is not a pedestal toilet fixed to the floor but juts out from the wall.... BURST 3/4" COPPER PIPE MAINS PRESSURE FROM METER. PIPE HAS DEGRADED BY 30 YEARS OF RUBBING ON BRICKWORK ENTRY POINT TO HOUSE. LEAK IS LOCATED ON THE UNDER HOUSE SIDE AND ACCESS IS GOOD 500MM MIN CLEARANCE AND IS EASILY WELDED AND THEN SLEAVED TO PREVENT FUTURE OCCURANCE. POSSIBLE WORST CASE WOULD BE REPLACE 1.2 METRES OF 3/4" COPPER FROM UNION BACK. THANKS.
