We own a rental property and recently had an issue with the sewerage being blocked. We had a plumber come out and unblock the sewerage. Sewerage is now blocked again. Detailed work we need... Detailed work we need undertaken is: 1. Unblock sewerage; 2. According to the earlier plumber, the initial blockage was cleared 25m into the sewerage drain. After clearing the blockage, we need CCTV to inspect pipes and identify cause of blockage; 3. It is important someone can clearly explain the cause of the blockage, in particular whether it is a maintenance issue - or something caused by the tenant; 4. There are two showers at the property and both need to have taps updated and replaced. Existing taps are older version with springs and we need new ones installed that won't fall off after being tightened (ie no spring ones please). Looking for a quote to do all of the above please.
