The problem we have is that the seal between the wastepipe on the toilet and the main pipe that sticks out of the wall has spring a leak. it started out as a few drops every time you flushed the toilet, and now has the potential to fill a small bucket in a few days -- (we have stopped using the toilet for now). We are tennants, so our landlords will be paying - they are fast and will send a cheque within a few days of recieving an invoice.
