I am advised by AGN (Australian Gas Networks), that the gas line is adjacent the property at 2.7Kpa... Not sure what that means. I also have a form from a Gas retailer that'll need to be completed by a certified plumber. I assume this is standard. Regards, Sebastian

I would also like to connect the down pipe to the storm water drain, or alternatively a new water tank.

Need looked at urgently. family very cold. Rinnai spectrum 28 heater burners go out after a while or at temp. re lights and runs whilst depressing starter, but won't stay on until unit has cooled...
