Chef 600 low profile gas stovetop & oven not working

This stovetop/oven is an older model and uses an ignitor system. The ignitors are working but there seems to be no gas releasing??? It was working fine a day ago.

Old elbow connection to the main sewre pipe is blocked again. It need to be unblocked with a electric eel. Alos, I would like someone to inspect the line with CCTV.
