Firstly, we have an original small bathroom that needs replumbing. There was a shower over bath and vanity, and replacing with a shower sceen and vanity. We are also adding a toilet. The wall and roof linings are currently off. Secondly, we are putting a laundry/bathroom where the kitchen used to be, involving a shower screen, toilet, laundry tub and washing machine. There is sewer and water to the room from the previous kitchen. At the moment, the wall and ceiling linings are off, as well as the floorboards. The laundry is approx 4m from the existing bathroom, where the sewer connects to the house. Lastly, we are wanting a new sewer line (approx 15m long) to the sewer inspection point. The trenches are already dug. This is because we are putting an extension on the back involving another bathroom.
