He thinks that that taps are the wrong size? Looking for a no BS plumber that can attend, view the issue/matter of concern and repair/fix the problem, not interested in a plumber that wants a call out fee to inspect, then arrange another time to fix - we just want to fix the issue for our tenant.

While we were plunging we realised it was also affecting the bathroom sink, the shower, as well as the drain pipe outside (back courtyard). Basically everything is draining very slowly.
