The property belongs to my father and it is being forcefully occupied by my step mother's parents. My step mother is going through a divorce case with my father and her family members are currently occuping all of my father's properties (and step mother has two properties of her own) and not willing to move out even our lawyer has advised them three times via letter communication since early Nov 2013. I am a power of attorney for my father (he is currently working oversea) and we seek to lock up/disconnect the water and gas supply to the above mentioned property in the view to get them moved out without having to get an intervention order to get the police to come to make things worse.
