pipe was left sticking up from the floor after a gas oven was removed. pipe easy to get too as not in cupboard although there is one in front/to side of pipe.

Rennai LPG gas heater requires servicing. Currently gas is able to flow (I can smell the gas) however the unit doesn't ignite.
