There is a 3/4" split in the web of my 2000 litre poly water tank that requires a palstic weld. i have seen the plastic weld done on the internet

The poly tank holds 2,000 litres and the cut is about a 1/3 up the tank right in the web of the tank. i tried several compunds and adhesives.the repair probaly needs palstic welding

I have a natural gas converstion kit for my bbq and I have tried to do it myself, but I cannot get to the jets. I got so far and still no luck so I figured i would leave it to a qualified gasfitter...
