I then need to have a new Rinnai Energy-saver K559FT Space Heater installed in the same place. I already have this heater. Also, to accommodate the new heater the power point will need to be moved approx one metre across as the new heater is slightly wider. The heater is in the lounge room on an exterior brick veneer wall. I would like to have a fair and honest costing and a fully qualified plumber/gas fitter to do the job for me.

A new cellar has been built, excellent all round access to all exposed piping with sufficient standing height available. 1970's house on concrete stumps. 1) install a new p-trap toilet (including new supply) to existing concrete slab and connect to external sewer through brick wall. sewer pipe already exposed only. i will supply the toilet. 2) install & supply a hot & cold mixer tap on laundry trough (next to the toilet) and external drain through brick wall. i will purchase the trough. 3) redirect/neaten the incoming gas, cold and hot water supply pipes into a bulk head. redirect laundry trough drainage pipe to outside wall, includes one wall penetration. supply any permits and sign off's as required. i expect the job would take 1-2 days, so may fit in and around other jobs you may have on the go. thanks!
