We have moved into a new house and have had some problems with the plumbing. the pipes to the kitchen sink permanently have water in them. we have a rattling hot tap (on and off) in the laundry. brown water comes out of any tap that has not been used in a while. we would like to put a dishwasher in the kitchen and so we need for the sink in the kitchen to be able to handle the pressure when it is draining. also, the diswasher needs to be plumbed in which may require pipes to be run on the inside of the cupboards to the spot where it will be put.
