Laundry - move (~90-100mm) existing trough waste and lower old washing machine taps/pipes to be used for an in bench mixer trough.
Bathroom - installation of a decina bathtub, will require wall taps to be moved up or down (depending on final tapware and recommendations) and moving waste pipe to suit larger bathtub (existing 1450 - new 1650). No ledge/lip on outer edge of the bath.
