We have just purchased a house in tinning st in brunswick and the laundry is currently outside. there is a large alcove next to the bathroom which would fit a new laundry sink and taps as well as the washing machine. i would like to organise to get taps and a sink put into the alcove so that the laundry is inside. the budget is obviously dependent on the scope of work. it is hard to approximate until i have seen a couple of quotes. i would like to get the work done hopefully next week as we are going to be painting and then i can make sure any marks etc are patched and painted before we move in.
