Am trying to confirm if there might be a leaking pipe in a ground level flat (mine). the walls have got some water damage showing on them and a previous test carried out about a week ago indicates up to 50% moisture in the walls but as there has been no tenant in the property for over 6 weeks - we suspect a possible leak somewhere.
this is urgent as i need to confirm if it is a bcorp issue or a private maintenance issue.
- i am looking for leak detection testing and professional advice on the likely source.
