Leaking Aquamax instant gas hot water at hot outlet joint

Aquamax are too expensive for call out and also want to replace large parts but I suspect it's just an O-ring.
I'm looking for a plumber who has serviced Aquamax and encountered this problem before.
If I am wrong and will be a manufacturer's job then I will just pay you for your time, as long as you are experienced with the unit, it's a
GQ 2410W installed new 10 years ago.
