We need a leak in our tin roof repaired. this is not an insurance job. i know where the leak is and need someone to repiar/replace some tin flashing to cover the leak. the roof is very steep and a harness will be required. there is easy roof access to the roof cavity where the leak is from the inside. if it's caused by a blocked dorma window gutter then i want the gutter, approx 2 mtrs long removed also, just ripped off the facia. i have quoted price range up $500 but will negotiate more depending on what the job takes, a professional will need to look at it first

He turned up when promised, actually a bit earlier, and spent considerable time trying to ascertain the problem before returning a few days later to give it a full assessment. he then phoned to check after a recent heavy downpour to see how things were. He completely resolved our leaking roof and importantly the manner in which he did so would give me no hesitation in thoroughly recommending him. There should be more tradies like him !!!
