I have a leaking roof with the suggested cause of the damage (as per the insurance assessor) to be due to:
1. downpipe and spreader discharge water from top roof to lower roof.
2. the top tiles, where they run under ridge tiles, have broken free, leaving approximately 10mm gap.
i would like to obtain a quote to fix this problem.
