Water is getting inside the house from the roof, yet there are no obvious ingress points for the water. The ceiling and walls look fine with no dribbles of water, yet the carpet inside the house is wet.
The roof is a mixture of tiles and galvanised iron. I believe a panel or two of the steel sheeting on the roof may need to be lifted, in order to see exactly where or how the water is getting in. I have examined the roof and see no obvious cracked tiles or water entry points. Yet water is getting in somewhere, as evidenced by the wet carpets inside.
I do not regard this a straight forward or simple job, so need someone who is competent and is familiar with plumbing and roofing. No inexperienced people need apply, thank you.
