Leaking Shower - Can't seem to stop the drips

One of the shower stalls in our home has a constant drip. This has occurred very recently. I have had a look and am not certain as to how to "stop the drip". I have looked to replace the washers in the taps, but it does not look like it will be that easy. I'd like a plumber to have a look, identify and fix the drip problem.
