Recently purchased a unit. On building report the shower was noted as having a high water reading in the wall.I have noted black mould on the wall.Property tenanted at moment.Would like a quote to fix leak and either replace tiles with lamipanel or a moulded shower unit as the shower door is also cracked and screen in poor condition and need replacing.
