1) assess toilet pan for leak and advise/carry out repair if necessary. Downstairs nieghbour's report of a mould/moisture problem in the ceiling directly below our bathroom. Shower recess has been completely re-grouted and a damp specialist advised that it is water tight. However, he also advised that there were high levels of moisture at the base of the toilet pan and advised to have a plumber take a look.
