MICHAEL requested 3 quotes from Plumbers in Moreland West

  We are looking for local plumbers to provide us with a fee proposal for the below-required works for the supply & installation of all plumbing items as listed unless otherwise negotiated.

EXTENT OF PLUMBING WORKS REQUIRE:

Externally:
1. Bedroom 2 & Study addition:
Supply & install all roofing items (incl. eave gutter, rainwater head, downpipes…etc) to ensure water tightness.
New downpipe to be connected into the existing stormwater drain as shown within the floor plan.
2. Backyard:
Supply & install grated drain within the backyard to be connected into the existing Stormwater drain as shown within the floor plan,
3. Shed:
Supply & install all roofing items (incl. eave gutter, rainwater head, downpipes…etc) to ensure water tightness.
4. External Works:
Reinstate rear 2 rainwater heads with downpipes after re-cladding of external walls
5. Allow provision to clean existing underground sewer drain.

Internally:
6. Ensuite:
Allow to re-configure internal fixtures & services within new ensuite & modify existing suspended subfloor UPVC pipes to suit new works as shown within the plan.
7. WC:
Allow for new services and install new toilet & vanity units and allow for connecting into existing suspended drains under the dwelling.
8. L’Dry:
Allow for new services to the washing machine and to trough unit within the bench top and for connecting into existing suspended drains under the dwelling.
9. Bath:
Allow for new services to built-in basins (2) and shower over bath sets and for connecting into existing suspended drains under the dwelling.
10. Kitchen:
Allow for the relocation of existing services to suit new kitchen (hot plate/sinks/ dishwasher / plumbed in the fridge) layout to suit new works.
