Locate council stormwater connection point in property

We intend to rebuild on our property however council has lost record of the legal stormwater discharge point on our property. Obviously we connect to a stormwater point on our property, we need to 1) locate the point in our property where our stormwater connects to the council stormwater and 2) confirm the direction of the council stormwater point (ideally this will be heading to the neighbours property and the known stormwater point on their property). I need to be able to draw a diagram showing where the council stormwater point is located on our property.
