Low water pressure from backyard garden tap only

The water pressure of the backyard water tap is very low compared to all the other taps and faucets in the house and compared to the tap in the front yard. Not sure if it is a faulty tap, blockage somewhere or faulty pipes.

Nick replied to my Service Central request at 930pm, came in 30min after I called the next morning. Found that the problem wasnt as simple as I made it to be, and had no problems advising what he could do. Finished the job in just over an hour - great work. Plus as a bonus extra, he found an unrelated gas meter problem and advised me on that as well. Great work, no problem recommending him. Now have his business card on my fridge :)
