Maintaning Isolation valve on Strat Co (12) + one stub pipe

The existing isolation valves are in the Strata Co are old (1985) and are not seating properly - 5 are giving problems and need reseating and one needs a valve handle. One owners has put a steel stub pipe (about 50mm long) on copper and it (not surprisingly) is badly corroded and needs replacement in copper/bronze. Some of the valves are in individual boxes set into the ground.
