The house is 3 storeys. A suspected hole in the roof has caused water to leak through to the ceiling of the second floor bathroom. The water damage has caused a large 10cm hole in the ceiling and leaks water only when it rains. We need to mend that hole in the roof and then replace part of the ceiling where there is water damage.
