We require the following work:
1. close off laundry taps (taps over laundry basin will no longer be used)
2. move washing machine taps from laundry to under kitchen sink
3. fit drainage for washing machine under kitchen sink
4. change kitchen sink taps from wall to a mixer tap
5. move gas pipe for stove top by a couple of meters
6. mover water pipe/tap for toilet cistern from left hand wall of toilet to the back wall
7. remove and replumb a shower base
8. change taps on vanity (bathroom) to a mixer tap
Please provide an estimate quote for each job so that we can determine if only part of the work can be completed at this stage.
We would like work to take place on Monday 16 May and completed in one day if possible.
The plaster board on the walls in the laundry kitchen area will have been partially removed because of some other work also being done at the same time. This may make it easier to alter the plumbing.
