This is a single storey dwelling with a terracotta tile roof and a skillion metal roof at the rear of the property.
A pergola has been constructed to the rear of the dwelling which adjoins the rear metal skillion
roof. The box gutter is undersized for the amount of roof area and cannot cope
during heavy downpours of rain which has caused it to overflow. The box gutter may require to be
made larger to cope with the volume of rainwater from the roof areas. We also need
installation of another outlet for the box gutter as well as an overflow which has not been installed.
