Creating a new bathroom area in the house. requires connection of sewer and installation of toilet vanity and shower.
the sewer will need to be connected to the existing sewer pipe that runs down the side of the house. approximately 9meter from new propsed bathroom area to the exsiting sewer line. requires digging and laying of new sewer pipe. the hot and cold water pipes to the bathroom appliances requires fitting. the connection of waste to all aplliances is required.
as this is a new created wet area in the house all walls will be exposed for easier access.
