Install a new Rheem Stellar 315L single element electric hot water unit with a Stainless Steel tank with all materials. Isolate water to premises.
Disconnect, empty and remove the old tank.
Install new 315ltr hot water system. Install new valves,
connect cold water inlet and hot water outlet to existing connection and new valves with copper pipe and brass fittings (to conform with Australian Standards).
Fill tank and test connections. Electricity to be connected, commission and test. Materials should be with manufacturer's warranty.
Supply and install of a concrete ripple slab to mount hot water unit. Approved to prevent premature rusting of the hot water system.
