New sewerage pipe from street connection to rear of house

Need completely new sewerage pipe as current one is 60 years old and blocking up. Pipe length reqd approx 30m. Can leave old pipe in place and put new pipe underneath 1m wide path adjacent to boundary fence (need to dig and remove 20mx1mx100mm thick concrete path). Only need three 1 metre branches off main pipe (1.Kichen/bathroom pipe, 2.Toilet, 3. Toilet/bathroom) and cap at end of pipe to allow rear house sewer pipe to be connected later (planning to build house in backyard at a later date). Pipe diameter should be large enough for 2 houses worth of flow.
