One toilet continually blocks with waste and excess water filling the bowl. Previous plumbers have suggested the tree roots in the yard have damaged and obstructed the pipes which were laid about 36 years ago. Rather than the electric eel and other short term fixes, I would like to enquire into a long term solution such as digging up the old pipes and replacing them.
