New waterheater required and new toilet

We require a new water heater as the old one has broken. We are looking at our options replacing the existing electric water heater with either
1. Larger electric water heater on side of house.
2. Fit new gas water heater. Will need to set up new gas system as there is no mains for gas. Would also like to look at running additional line for kitchen stovetop. Would need about 15 metres of gas line to hook everything up.
3. New toliet is also needed as pan is broken in old one.
