Our sewers have become blocked by roots and water is draining very slowly.
The sewer runs straight down the side of the house and can be easily accessed through two drains in side return.
The drains have been cleared using a sewer machine twice in the last 8 years with good results. The last time the blockage was to the back of our courtyard where our drain connects with main drain.
We also have a pipe from our dishwasher leaking into our cupboard a little and may need connections tightened or fixed - we unsure if it is the inlet our outlet pipe that is causing it but it would be good to fix at the same time.
This job will need to be done on Wednesday before 1pm (06/06/2018).
