Perform a number of adjustments to an existing bathroom (being renovated)

Hi,
We would like to make the following changes to the existing bathroom, which we're currently renovating:
1. Move bath drain by about 1/2 meter.
2. Move bath taps and spout to adjacent wall (approx 1.5m)
3. Move basin taps and drain to adjacent wall (approx 2.5m)
4. Install mixer tap in shower, adjust position slightly (approx 0.25m)
5. Adjust shower rose height (approx 0.25m)
Other information:
* Small (approx 30 year old) free-standing unit
* Brick veneer, wooden floors/walls
* Good access to walls and under-floor (most of the existing floor has been removed as well as much of the plaster).
* We will source and provide the fittings (excluding any pipes or brackets etc. - we will need these to be provided)
Timeframe: Work required to start between 30/03/2013 and 07/04/2013, weekend preferred.
