Plastic water tank leaking at seam

A slimline (the one with the gaps in the middle) 2400l poly water tank approx. 3 yrs old. has sprung a leak on a lower inside seam near the bottom. tank is now slowly emptying. need to have it plastic welded (?) if that is possible? if yes, at what cost? would need to do it soon.
