I'm new to Service Central. Was referred to service via another plumber who does not do roof plumbing. Was terribly disappointed when I rang Rescue that there is a call out fee plus additional charge per (?) minute block. This contradicts what I was advised by Service Central - that 2 services would respond to the 'ad', call me to make a time to assess problem(s) and provide a quote. Not sure what happened there BUT I decided not to use the service.
