We are having a house built to lockup at Aireys Inlet (between Lorne and Angelsea) which we will then subcontract the electrical, plumbing and plastering trades. The house is approximately 15 squares and will be ready to start these in 3 weeks time. i have plans available for quoting now. tradesmen need to be able to start job in next 4 weeks. quotes for plumbing (no gas) to include fitoff after plaster is completed, and connections to water (meter already available) and sewer.
