Would prefer to have the same tradesman do both jobs (to reduce call out costs)
Need a new toilet plumbed - the toilet has been fitted in the new bathroom, just needs to be plumbed into existing pipes (currently external P trap toilet, have added new internal toilet with S trap that needs to meet up with other pipe at rear of house).
Also, we have found a leak in our outbuilding - wall was filling up with water - pipes now crimped and waiting for wall to dry out so we can identify where leak is - if you have Plumbers Stethescope then need you to find the leak, access it and fix the problem.
